Price: Prices are believed to be correct at time of going to press, but may vary without notice. CDVI Wireless reserve the right to amend any errors or omissions. Prices do not include any taxes or delivery charges.

Settlement Terms: Approved accounts are strictly net monthly. Unestablished clients will be required to pay with order. Whilst payments remain overdue, we will refuse to supply any further goods until the account has been brought up to date.

Retention of title: All goods remain the property of CDVI Wireless until paid for in full.

Shipping-delivery: By whatever delivery means, equipment is at the risk of the recipient to control the package upon arrival and notify CDVI Wireless or the carrier for any damage found within three days of receipt, under penalty of foreclosure. CDVI Wireless shall not be liable in any way for failure to deliver on time whatever the reason.

Special equipment: Special equipment will only be made/fabricated following submission of approved drawings and specifications. CDVI Wireless will not accept return of any special equipment.

Guarantee: CDVI Group manufactured products enjoys a warranty period of 5 years against faulty design and manufacture excluding fair wear and tear. Repairs of any kind will be carried out in our workshops. Digiway, Digiway Plus and Digiway Spring returns have a 2 year warranty period due to the mechanical nature of the products. 3rd party products will be guaranteed for a period of 24 months from date of dispatch from CDVI Wireless warehouse.

Returned Goods: All goods to be returned must be accompanied by an RMA number - this can be acquired from our technical department or directly from our website. Goods returned for credit will only be accepted if they are in the original boxes, complete with instructions and the products have not been used - a handling charge of 20% will apply.
